On January 20th, the Department of Chemistry and Physical Sciences hosted a Forensic Science seminar in which SU alumni, Melissa Kline, talked about Forensic drug history, abuse, and use. Ms. Kline graduated with her Masters in Forensic Science from SU and currently works as a Drug Chemist for Frederick County, MD and is stationed at the Maryland State Police Forensic Sciences Division (MSP-FSD) laboratory in Pikesville, Maryland. The seminar was very interesting and a great success, with over 120 people in attendance!!
