Marie, a graduate of Century High School in Eldersburg, MD, is excited to be part of the BS in Chemistry/MS in Forensic Science program. After completing rotations at the Forensic Science Divisions of the Maryland State Police and the Baltimore County Police Department, Marie has decided she would like to pursue a career in the chemistry and toxicology disciplines within forensics. She is enjoying the graduate courses she is currently taking because the courses are “taught by professionals in the field who share their knowledge and expertise with the class.” In addition to her science courses, Marie also enjoyed her Topics in Third World Religions in which she loved learning about different cultures and the impact of religion in the lives of African and Native American cultures.
